More than two years after the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA, in Spanish) began investigating the death of fish and shrimp in the lake at Hacienda Campo Rico, allegedly caused by leachate from the Carolina Landfill, the agency does not know the results of the investigation.
